CowParade is an international public art exhibit that came to Denver, Colo. in 2006. I was honored to be selected as one of the local artists that got to paint one of the fiberglass cows. I named my cow "Get Along Lil' Doggie" and it featured my whimsical dog illustrations. The cows were then on display for the summer throughout the city. After the exhibition the cows were are auctioned off and the proceeds donated to charity. My cow was purchased by a family in Wisconsin and was placed in their backyard. Miniature versions of many of the cows, including my cow, are also for sale on the CowParade website.
